Booking and Cancellation Procedures
- Non-Refundable Advance: All advance payments made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable under any condition.
- Formal Request Requirement: All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted via email to the reservation desk; requests via phone, WhatsApp, or social media will not be accepted.
- Mandatory Deductions: A 2.5% Payment Gateway Fee and 5% GST are applicable on the total amount and are non-refundable. However, gateway charges are waived if payment was made via UPI.

Cancellations by PACKERS HAVEN PVT LTD
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If PACKERS HAVEN PVT LTD cancels a trip due to weather, political unrest, insufficient participants, or natural calamities, you will receive a full trip credit note.
- Credit Note Policy: No cash refunds are issued for company-initiated cancellations; credit notes are valid for 12 months and can only be used for future bookings with PACKERS HAVEN PVT LTD.
Strict "No Refund" Cases
- No refunds are provided for voluntary dropouts or mid-trip exits.
- No refunds for missed transportation due to personal delays or no-shows.
- Unused services including meals, stays, or activities within the itinerary are non-refundable.
- PACKERS HAVEN PVT LTD is not liable for additional expenses incurred due to landslides, roadblocks, or weather-related disruptions.
