Payment and Refund Policies
- Booking Advance: All advance payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable under any condition.
- Short Trip Cancellations (1-3 Days):
- 60 days or more: 100% refund (Excluding booking advance).
- 45 to 59 days: 50% of the total amount.
- 25 to 44 days: 30% of the total amount.
- 7 to 24 days: 20% of the total amount.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.
- Communication Policy: All cancellation or modification requests must be emailed to the reservation address. Requests will not be accepted via phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
- Mandatory Deductions: A 2.5% Payment Gateway Fee and 5% GST are applicable on the total amount and are non-refundable. Gateway charges are waived if the payment was made via UPI.
- Company Cancellations: In cases of weather disruptions, political unrest, or natural calamities, PACKERS HAVEN PVT LTD will provide a full trip credit note valid for 12 months; no cash refunds will be issued.
