Itinerary

Day 0: Departure for Sarahan

  • Reporting: Gather and report at Kashmere Gate Metro Station around 10:00 PM.
  • Departure: Depart for Sarahan at approximately 10:30 PM.
  • Travel: Overnight journey from Delhi to Sarahan via Shimla.

Day 1: Reach Sarahan and reach Sangla Village

  • Stopover: Reach Shimla in the morning for a short stopover before continuing to Sangla.
  • Sightseeing: Visit the famous Bhimkali Mandir and, if time permits, the Mountain Bird Sanctuary.
  • Evening: Enjoy dinner and a chit-chat session with fellow travelers over a warm bonfire.
  • Stay: Overnight stay at Sangla.

Day 2: Chitkul Local Sightseeing

  • Morning: Have breakfast before leaving for Chitkul, the last inhabited village before the Indo-China border.
