❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What mobile network works best on this Ladakh circuit?
Only postpaid SIM cards function in Ladakh. Jio and Airtel postpaid cards offer excellent mobile data and call connectivity, while BSNL postpaid works well for basic voice call support.
What are the age and medical constraints for this bike trip?
Riders must have a valid driving license, a valid photo ID, and fit between the ages of 18 and 45 years. Due to strict high-altitude oxygen levels, individuals with asthma are not permitted to join our motorcycle fleets.
What kind of luggage should I pack for the backup vehicle?
We heavily recommend packing your gear in flexible rucksacks or duffel bags. Hard-shell trolley bags are highly unsuitable for rugged mountain vehicle loading, and the company assumes no liability for external damage to hard luggage frames.
What is the structural cancellation policy for this tour?
* A flat fee of ₹5,000 per person (or the booking amount, whichever is lower) remains strictly non-refundable upon confirmation.

• Cancellation before 15 days of your departure date grants a full refund of your balance amount.
• Cancellation between 8 to 14 days before departure provides a 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of departure are completely non-refundable.
