Kicking things off with the one and only Captain Cool, Bunny Bhaiya! A massive thank you for organizing everything so flawlessly. You truly made this trip to Spiti the most incredible and exciting adventure ever, The most wonderful part was how he created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It felt like we were on a journey with a close friend rather than a travel captian. The accommodations, food, and transportation were perfect. Icing on the cake, Bunny knew some hidden spots with breathtaking views. Hats off to his photography and videography skills for capturing many mesmerizing memories we will cherish forever. Bunny from Packers Heaven is a true saviour! I had an amazing Spiti trip with Bunny back in 2019, so I knew he was reliable. This time, I booked through a different company for a change, hoping for a new experience with friends — but it turned out to be a mess. We faced poor management, skipped important places, and were told many spots were closed. Out of frustration, I reached out to Bunny — and he came through like a pro. He immediately arranged a separate cab, shifted us to a good hotel, took over our itinerary, and personally made sure we saw everything we had missed. He went above and beyond — even when it wasn’t his responsibility. If you’re planning a trip to Spiti or anywhere in the mountains, don’t think twice. Just go with Packers Heaven. Planning sab kartelin hain humne bhi kari aur planning fail bhi hui but the trip actually happened and here I am overwhelmed unable to put my feelings in words. its a bucket full of Memories overflowing. From the moment we set foot on the Spiti trip, your energy and enthusiasm were so infectious that kitni bara tired hoke bhi give up karne ka mann nai Kara. You didn't just take care of us; you made every moment count with your fun-loving spirit and adventurous vibe and of course Apia baat baat pe tang kheechna is your USP. From Kaza to Kee Monastery, Chicham Bridge to Dhankhar, every destination was well-planned and perfectly timed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Went on a solo trip with @packershaven to Spiti (full circuit) in June’2k25 & didn’t believe that I will be having FOMO in 10 mins of reaching back home. The person Mr. Bunny Sharma who was our Captain on the trip was more than amazing. He has immense knowledge of history of the place where we were travelling and he was not just the captain but also a guide to us so that we could develop interest in every place as Spiti had a bit different culture as people follow Tibetan culture there. He forced us and assured us to atleast take 1 day bike experience in Kaza and trust me it was the most fun and exciting day riding bike on such amazing roads & doing bike off-roading. He even taught us the bike riding rules to be followed in mountains & riding signs. I truly recommend PACKERS HAVEN to everyone who ever wishes to travel. Hi Bunny, I have a lot to say about u & @packershaven but i m short of words but still I will write a long review😝. I with my wife had a trip to Spiti full circuit (18th June). We were so overwhelmed by the support Bunny offered us not just during the trip but even before the start. Best part of him was that I was free from clicking the photographs of my wife during the whole duration as the photos Bunny clicks are superb and he is himself interested for every person to capture best pics and he understands that his clients are paying him for the best of experiences but he truly from his heart tries for everything to be best for each and everyone. I have been on numerous group trips but never saw any Captain so much interested to comfort his clients and be always available for every assistance. At such  high altitude (15,000+ ft) where we were having issues in normal breathing, this guy was running for us to provide small things like ordering food, serving that and best part reminding us all every time to drink water. I even liked his witty nature & he was even helping other people who were struck on road due to rough roads having flowing water. He never shows that he is also a human and he may also be tired as we are, he used to be wake before all of us and sleep only after everyone goes to sleep. I m damn sure to recommend him blindly to all my known persons and everyone shall surely try him once for their trip to any place he offers. There were many persons on the trip who were unknown to us before the trip but now they are not just friends but part of family for us & all thanks to Bunny & @packershaven for that. We just did a spiti full circuit with @packershaven its an out an out amazing experience and all the credit goes to our captain Mr Bunny 🐰 he is just an amazing human being and the best captain 💙 for any kind of traveling trips .... hoping for more travel stories and bunch of laughter with him and his travel company @packershaven...
